Double Rainbow Gourmet Ice Creams are the "cream of the crop." Our All Natural, Super Premium, Kosher flavors have been winning taste awards for 25 years.
We have over 70 flavors of Super Premium Ice Creams, Sorbets, Sherbets, Low Fat, No Sugar Added Ice Creams, Non Fat Yogurt and Double Rainbow Soy Creams. We use fresh cream and milk from the cows of Northern California and flavor our creams with pure extracts. And not any extract will do. For instance, we sampled over 30 vanilla extracts before finding the one that was just right for our Double Rainbow French Vanilla. We combine two different blends of cocoa for our Ultra Chocolate and use only the best juicy strawberries, cherries, peaches, mangos, lychee fruit, raspberries, raisins, blackberries and blueberries.
Double Rainbow Ice Cream is also thicker and denser than most other ice creams. This is because we do not whip an excess amount of air into our ice creams. It is this denseness, among other secret ingredients and processes that guarantees every mouthful of Double Rainbow Ice Cream is deliciously satisfying. We use just the right amount of butterfat, as well, to insure that all of our ice creams are rich and creamy. This is the formula that earns Double Rainbow the right to be called SUPER PREMIUM.

Double Rainbow Soy Cream, our non-dairy, all natural, frozen dessert was developed in direct response to customer requests. Made from organic soy, Double Rainbow Soy Cream offers a tasty alternative to ice cream. As research continues, more benefits of soy products are being discovered and/or substantiated. Soy's nutritional value includes that it is high in protein and calcium, low in saturated fat and free of cholesterol. It brings with it many healthy rewards. Some research indicates a decreased risk of cancer, osteoporosis and heart disease, in addition to easing some symptoms of menopause.
